By attending Mindclash events or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

2. Event Participation

Registration

• Registration is required for all events
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or remove participants

Conduct

• All participants must follow our Golden Rules
• Respectful discourse is mandatory
• Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal
• Participants may be banned from future events for violations

3. Intellectual Property

Ideas shared during events remain the property of their originators. However, by participating, you acknowledge that discussions are not confidential and may inform future event topics or formats.

4. Liability

Mindclash events are discussion forums. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of opinions expressed by participants
• Any decisions you make based on discussions
• Personal conflicts that may arise between participants

5. Photography and Recording

Events may be photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in Mindclash marketing materials. Recording of discussions is strictly prohibited without explicit consent.

6. Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances
• Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any cancellations
• Registration fees (if applicable) will be refunded for cancelled events

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our mailing list and posted on our website.
